Before making rash decisions, let your OLIPOP chill in the fridge for at least 12 hours before popping it open—this helps enhance the flavors! If you're still not blown away, please email us at hello@drinkolipop.com within 45 days of your online purchase to request a refund (including shipping, if applicable). We can only offer refunds for your first try at a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to one order per person for online orders only. This 45-day money-back guarantee does not apply to our limited or exclusive flavors due to the limited nature of the products. Oh, and psst: we suggest ordering one of our Variety Packs first so you can discover your favorite flavor and order it to your heart's (and taste buds') desire—no buyer's remorse here!
Storage
Great question! After receiving feedback from our customers and conducting years of research and testing, we’re excited to share that we offer two shelf-stable options: our 6g Fiber Line and our OLIPOP MINIs that can be stored at room temperature. Our original refrigerated 9g Fiber Line must be stored in the fridge.
You’ll find storage directions right on the packaging. Our 6g Fiber Line is perfect for buying in bulk and stocking your pantry, so you won’t run out of your favorite flavor! You can also refer to our Fiber education page for further assistance. If you have any other questions, please reach out to hello@drinkolipop.com for more information.
Great question, it depends on which of our lines you’ve purchased! The 6g Fiber Line and our OLIPOP MINIs can be stored at room temperature in your pantry. For the 9g Fiber Line you find in the refrigerated section of your store, please store chilled. Learn more about our 6g vs. 9g Fiber Lines.
You can shop OLIPOP directly on our website, plus we’re in over 67,000 stores nationwide! To find OLIPOP at a store near you, use our handy store locator.
You can generally find OLIPOP in two areas of the store depending on the product line. The 6g Fiber Line is typically located in the traditional soda aisle, which features our new packaging. Our 9g Fiber Line remains unchanged for the time being and continues to be available in the refrigerated section. Take a look at our Fiber Education page to learn more about our different lines.
Great question! We listened to consumer feedback and heard the request for a shelf-stable product. After years of research and testing, we introduced our 6g Fiber Line—a version of OLIPOP you can enjoy anywhere, anytime!
Our 9g Fiber Line requires refrigeration due to the type of fiber we use. We made a slight adjustment to the 6g Fiber Line formula so it can be stored at room temperature. This means you can find our shelf-stable line in the soda aisle and other parts of your favorite retailers with our new packaging. Rest assured, both lines deliver the same great taste and functional benefits—the difference in placement is just about how each product is best stored.
Fiber lines
Yes! We’re excited to share that we’ve evolved our packaging as part of a broader brand refresh accompanying the launch of our creative platform, The feel good soda. You’ll see the new look first on our 6g Fiber Line (our shelf-stable product), designed to be easier to shop and understand at a glance. Our 9g Fiber Line (which is refrigerated) remains in the original packaging for now. No matter the can design, it’s still the same OLIPOP you know and love with unapologetically great taste and science-backed benefits! Head to our Fiber Education page to learn more about our different lines.
The 6g Fiber Line is our shelf-stable option. It delivers 6 grams of fiber per can and is typically found in the soda aisle. The 9g Fiber Line is our original formula, found in the refrigerated section. It delivers 9 grams of fiber per can to support digestive health. This line hasn’t changed its packaging and offers a higher-fiber option with the same delicious taste.
Great question! While the new packaging for our 6g Fiber Line is rolling out, there’s a simple way to tell them apart: check the nutrition facts located on the back of the pack or can, where it clearly lists the fiber content—either 6 grams or 9 grams.
We also have a helpful side-by-side visual guide on our website that shows both lines and their packaging, making it easy to identify which product you have.
The 6g Fiber Line is shelf-stable and typically found in the traditional soda aisle, while the 9g Fiber Line remains in its original packaging and is available in the refrigerated section.
We also offer 7.5oz OLIPOP MINIs which feature 3g of fiber, perfect for on-the-go sipping or adding a little treat to your lunch box. Visit our OLIPOP MINIs collection page for more details or head to our store locator tool to find them near you.
Digestive health
Great question! Here’s the simple answer: Prebiotics are what probiotics eat. Probiotics are live bacteria with health benefits, sometimes referred to as ‘good bacteria.’ Our digestive tract is home to many beneficial bacteria, which need food, just like us. That’s where prebiotics come in.
Because we can’t break them down, prebiotics pass through our digestive tract to the large intestine (where most beneficial bacteria reside). There, they’re fermented and broken down by our gut bacteria into useful compounds that support our overall health.
OLIPOP incorporates a variety of research-backed prebiotics to give your “good” or friendly gut bacteria the nutrients they need. Because taking probiotics without addressing what’s happening within is like planting seeds in a desert and hoping a garden will grow.
Did you know that, on average, over 90% of Americans don’t get enough fiber in their daily diet? Increasing fiber, prebiotics, and nutritional diversity is a great (and easy!) way to improve digestive and microbiome health—and since digestive health’s kinda our thing, packing OLIPOP with all this goodness was a no-brainer. Our soda makes reaching adequate daily fiber intake easier, a positive step to supporting overall digestive health. Pretty cool, huh?
Exceptional taste and quality have always been our top priorities at OLIPOP and every can of OLIPOP was designed to support digestive health. Every 12 fl oz can of OLIPOP is an “Excellent Source” of fiber, meeting FDA requirements. In fact, to ensure the research-backed nature of all our formulas, third-party in-vitro research conducted at Purdue University showed that our prebiotic fiber blends positively impacted multiple gut health measures.
There are two forms of fiber out there: soluble and insoluble. OLIPOP uses soluble fiber that comes in a powder form and dissolves in liquid. OLIPOP’s prebiotic fiber is from a number of different plants. Our 9g Fiber Line (refrigerated) contains Chicory Root, Jerusalem Artichoke, and Cassava Fiber. Our 6g Fiber Line and our OLIPOP MINIs (shelf-stable) contain Guar Fiber, Acacia Fiber, and Cassava Fiber.
Shipping + delivery
OLIPOP ships free for subscribers and for individual orders of $50 or more anywhere in the contiguous U.S. via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For our friends in Alaska and Hawaii: OLIPOP ships for an additional fee.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, keep an eye out as we grow—we certainly hope to be in your country soon!
We can only fit two OLIPOP cases into one box, so if you ordered three or more cases, your order will arrive in multiple boxes. Sometimes, these boxes can be separated during shipping. Keep an eye out—your second box should arrive within 24 hours of your first. If not, please reach out to our team at hello@drinkolipop.com.
Please wait 48 hours after delivery notifications (excluding Sundays and holidays!) to file a claim with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Keep an eye out—sometimes packages are marked as delivered even though they’re still on their way to you. If you’re still not seeing your bevs after 48 hours, please give us a shout at hello@drinkolipop.com, and we’ll get you squared away!
Ugh, so sorry to hear that! Send our team an email at hello@drinkolipop.com with photos of the damage and the LOT code number on the bottom of the can, and we’ll make sure you’re all taken care of! Photos of your order are required.
OLIPOP is shipped at room temperature. That's because our OLIPOP refrigerated 9g Fiber Line can live outside of the fridge for a couple weeks (for example during shipment) without any issue! But before you start sipping, we find that it tastes best when refrigerated for at least 12-24 hours.

One can = one serving!
Many people enjoy more than one 12 oz can of OLIPOP per day, but we recommend starting with one and adding another when you feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a lower fiber option, our 6g Fiber Line is a great choice! We also offer 3g of fiber in our OLIPOP MINIs.
It is perfectly normal to see pulp or sediment in OLIPOP products. Our OLIPOP flavors with natural vanilla may contain dark specks due to the vanilla bean used. This is commonly seen in our Cream Soda. Pulp can also be present in certain OLIPOP flavors with natural fruit juices, like our Banana Cream flavor.
